Kudos 2Moto

2 moto is proven and explorer has to be proven yet. We will have a beter idea how these kits stack up after this season. hope they both work well and the explorer holds up.

What is the weight of the entire 2moto kit?

I've seen and drove the Explorer kit.

Had a KTM Dealer phone the other day. He said they bought a RadiX and an Explorer before deciding which to carry. Said they set up 2 new KTM 530's. First thing they did was weigh them. He said the RadiX 530 was 308 pounds, the Explorer 530 was 341 pounds. His ready to ride weights put the Explorer 33 pounds heavier. This has not been verified by 2Moto, but the guy had no reason to fib. He did say a lot of other things that will soon be verified by us and the masses.

Who wants to fill their Explorer equipped bike with fuel and post a weigh-in photo?

Scales, track dynos, and videos on the snow will not lie.
Also, keep it friendly...

wow... If thats the case, thats awesome for 2moto. I'd really like to see some pics proving it myself.

AaronL, I'm not even going to pretend I can weld like you. So, if you don't mind me asking, on a tank like that, what do you use. 5052 sheet, 60 thou or so? Oh, and as a rule of thumb, what pressure should a guy leak check a gas tank, say 40 PSI?

Looks great. I'm surprised you haven't welded up a cross bar, up around the steering post, that you can strap your bike too. Rather than compression strapping it to the deck. The moto guys around here, put those little air bags between the wheel and fender to keep the shocks from being compressed for a long time. Can't do that with a ski.
