Klim Goggles

Oculus Update

Now have 6 rides and about 350 miles with my new Oculus goggles and I am still very pleased. Lots of powder, temps from 0 to 30 degree and somebody stuck with shoveling every ride and I have had zero issues with fogging. Great field of view and good fit in my Klim helmet. Takes about 1 minute to change lenses. Very happy so far.
Happy Sledding!!!

I have the Radius and Radius Pro goggles. I love both of them (highly resistant to fog). However, you should carry an absorbent microfiber towel with you in your coat pocket because if you get moisture on the inside of the lense, they breathe so well that they will actually freeze up on you.

If they freeze up, we just throw that pair in the bibs chest pocket and then ride with the other pair until the ice melts and vice versa

i got another ride on the oculus goggles today -20 deg f. and flat light no fogging issues what so ever for me . thanks klim

I have both Radius Pro and the new Oculus goggle and wearing the Klim F4 - (struggled to get 509's to work with the F4).

The Radius Pro works great. No fogging issues at all, even in really cold weather. Combined with the Klim balaclava. The thicker one with the "beak" over the nose to channel air out. (I forget the model name).

The Oculus however, when combined with the thinner, windproof Klim balaclava frosted up routinely when riding/playing in 24" of new fluff and temps of 5-10 F. Another 5 degrees warmer the next day, and slightly settled snow - no issue at all. Stayed clear all day. Keeping circulation through the vents is still key to success. The combination of a regular face full of snow and the cold didn't do so well the first day. Most of the space (albeit very small) around the goggles was full of snow which must have cut off too much airflow.

Overall vision and field of view from both the Radius Pro and the Oculus are excellent. The Oculus being the better of the two.

Looking into getting some new goggles this year. I have been using Spy Goggles for the last 4 seasons and have no complaints. I am looking at the new Klim Oculus Goggle for this year. How has everyone liked the Klim goggle?

Hard to beat Scott. After paying $200 for my first pair of klim goggles that was worthless, they lost me.
