1" of new snow last night then i turned to rain about 6am. Heavy rain and 35 degrees right now. 0.65" of melted snow and rain in the guage.

4" of new snow in the past 24 hrs. picked up 4.34" of precip out of this storm. Wet sloppy mess down here in Kingvale. Back and forth between Heavy rain/snow/sleet for the past 36 Hours.

that is a lot of moisture... i would anticipate the avy danger to be extreme with all of that heavy snow on top of 10' of light. Be careful if you get out. Not looking forward to the ice I'm expecting to see on the driveway and walks when we come in this weekend!
RAIN all day yesterday, over Donner as well. Cooled off last night and picked up about a inch of wet snow this morning. 24hr precip 3.19" storm total 7.53"
