Well we got the kids out for their first ride of the year. Our son on his Phazer and Marc and Stacie's (WRP) two on their's. They had a great time and so did I.:face-icon-small-win It started off a little rough though. :face-icon-small-sho

Pretty day. First tracks.

Ron riding with our 7 year old all day. Didn't seem to slow him down. She had a blast.

Ron helping our 9 year old out with some powder munchin skills. He's just not heavy enough to tip it over.

Riping up the meadow. Woo Hoo!!

It was a great day. :face-icon-small-hap

My oldest daughter sat right there for three years and I got to where I felt more comfortable riding with her than without her. I took her up and down some stuff that would scare most adults out of the saddle and she just begged for more. She has moved on to a phazer now and rocks it, but she still longs for those days on the gas tank, it broke her heart (and mine) when she got too big to be manageable on the big rides. I can't tell you how much I miss those cute little squeals. I have four girls younger than her and theirs are more in the category of shrieks (fear) and though they are fun, they hop off at first chance, with Brittany I couldn't pry her off until it was back in the trailer. She says it's nice to have her own sled, but it was funner when it was my fault if we hit a tree.

That looks like less landmines than last Feb.

It's funny how much they pissed and moaned about going. Maybe because it was the first ride and they forgot how much fun it can be. They didn't want to quit and wouldn't stop asking when we're going again. :sun:

BTW: I bought my daughter a Phazer but it seized. Or as she would say "My dad blew it up":face-icon-small-sho

my kids say that for another reason at home :face-icon-small-hap..... I think my time to ride doubles with my kids has passed:face-icon-small-sad. Boy was i fun while it lasted.
Hope i can get them back on the snow soon, cause they LOVE it as much as i do... Great pics and videos. Kids look great...

Those pics are awsome. There's nothing better than seeing little ones following in our footsteps. I took my 3 year old boy on Saturday and that little turd held on despite everything I threw at him. He just kept asking for more, I was so proud!! "Lets climb that one daddy", and "dip us in the powder again daddy". And he thinks brawtwursts in the muff pot is the coolest thing ever. Hell, even mommy wants to go now, she's told me no thanks for years.

I'd post pics but I suck at computer stuff, can't get them from my blackberry to the post. Next time I'll take a camera.
