Dont even have to read much past the first page of this post....YOU gave the man way more chances than any body has given you. You seem to have a very generous heart 
however his problem wont go away until he faces up to it and mans up and makes the right choice for him self and his kids. Sounds like the sht that has made our country weaker...no real punisment for droping the ball on life issues. It has afected his family ...now you.
