As explained, as of now I came here again as a business decision to link my biz for a higher search engine rating...but stated I would have an open mind to SW again....but that kind of chit is gonna close my mind again to SW! I kicked that stupid beotch cops *** in court last week . Such idoits! they shouldnt ticket people if they dont actually know what the law is. cops suck!
LMAO well glad you prevailed. So what was the actual law you are referring to? I understand were you are coming from if it is valid. I was on the other side of the law a couple times when in college.
I was on a butte near a college town offroading in my Jeep. When I came off the trail a cop was waiting for me. He told me he was going to cite me for trespassing because the bottom of the butte was actually private property. He asked, "Didn't you see the no trespassing signs?" I said no..I didn't see any and asked if he could cut me a break since I didn't. I begged with him to not cite me because I was going to be in law enforcement...the d*ck didn't care.
So I looked the law up and found that no trespassing signs had to be posted every 660 ft in Idaho. I measured between the signs and took video. They were not posted accordingly. I showed up to court with my video and diagrams. Outside of the courtroom the prosecutor stopped me and talked to me and was surprised how prepared I was. He told me he would drop the charge and made a comment about how these damn cops should know the laws....he acted frustrated ....I told him I was furious because of my future plans.
I saw Dave Hope of Madison County a few years later when I was an officer and told him what I thought of him.
...and no...not all cops suck Polzi...get rid of that stereotype!
