Most people that are maxed have something about it in their signature. If you rep them nothing happens - no banking, you just lose one of your 10 daily reps you are able to give out.

If you know someone is maxxed but repped you, it still must be of good ethics to rep them back...correct?
I only have 6 reps to give then it shuts me down......how does one return rep to everyone...I'am like 22 behind in returning rep right now.
Sorry for the stupid questions but I never got involved till BIG D opened the accountability of red rep.......which by the way is some of the funniest chit I've ever read.
