Since our lovely government is passing these "bail outs", stimulus plans, etc. at such an alarming rate, I think I have an idea. Come tax time, there should be a form that the true american tax payers fill out letting THEM decide where their tax money should go. Similar to a 401k where you decide which percentage should go where. That way we could put the politicians aside and if one of these govt programs doesn't get any funding because we the people decide its a waste, then it dries up and goes away. What do ya all think of that idea???

That sounds like a good idear to me, but who knows what little things we the people may over look. But it should work better than the way it going right now.
