Went last wednesday. Pounded with pockets of snow with maybe 3 inches of fresh on top. :(

Was supposed to ride Whittier on Saturday, it was socked in and not to good so we trucked on over to Johnson's Pass. Placer was the place to be this weekend but boy was there a lot of people there so Johnson's it was.

Picture of Turny in the background and the boys playing around...

I'll save you the trip it got near to nothing, and what did fall is on top of hardpack... it sucked! MyToyz seems to have found some better stuff but probably not worth the sh!tty trail in...I spoke with e ranger in the parking lot and he told that the left side is definitely off limits, which is, of course, where the good snow would be....By the way I'd like to point out that there wher around 30 snowmachiners there who probably rode around 5 hrs each, and we saw about 6 non-snowmachiners there who were there for around 2 hrs eack. So in terms of man hours spent recreating in the park. Snowmachiners; 150 hours; non-snowmachiners; 10 hours... interesting, eh!?
