Is there a way to stop recieving PM's from a member?

You can block all PMs if you wish. It's right above the "limit to moderators and contacts" option.

our pm system allows us to pm up to 25 people at one time. just put christophers name in 25 times and send him useless pm's and fill his box see how he likes it. LOL!

my next pm to him is how much i like cheese.
