Anything worth stopping for?

Going to be taking roughly this route after Christmas with a buddy stopping in CO for a few days and again in Island park for a few more then back to ND.
Pickup and sled deck.

Is there anything worth stopping for along the way?
I'm talking 20min attractions, 10/10 hole in the wall diners. Anything for a quick stop and maybe grab something to eat and uncoil the legs for a minute.
Even the bad, "avoid this gas station sushi :ROFLMAO:' "that road is rougher then a cob, go this way"

Wouldn't be apposed to slight route variances but we do plan on doing each stretch of the drive in a day.

Had fun with this on a different forum when I ran down to Texas for some AG parts

Well you could wave to relatives in Fargo, Jamestown, a Poo purchase in Dickinson wrong time of the year I think for a show in Medora, wave again to Wibaux, Baker and Ekabugy and off to the famous bucking horse sale. Off to Billings play a round of temps at Briarwood bring the gun some mulies and turkeys on the back nine. Ignore Bozeman broke the bank paying for college on one of the kids. Then I'm out till Cheyenne, passed up a job. Kearney I think is home for Cabela's and some museum. Picked up my ZX1100 at Lincoln. I guess if you cut over to Dead Wood you could see if Costner's girls in the casino still wear those skirts. Other then that I got nothing except a whole lot of grammatical errors.

It would mean jumping off of I 80 for 25 miles, bit I highly recommend eating at The Grumpy Italian in Saratoga WY

The map shows getting off I80 at Laramie south through Woods Landing, Walden, Coalmont (I guess to ride Buff Pass) then back north to Walden and at Three Way going northwest to get back to I80. That means going through Saratoga on the way back north, , so Christopher's recommendation fits in. Timing? That's up to them. Once you're back to Coalmont/ Colo Hwy 14 from Grizzly ranger station parking, it's probably 1.5 hrs to Saratoga.
Walden has restaurants and motels and fuel. Rolling Rock is a popular restaurant. Walden is only services between Laramie and Coalmont, and Coalmont and Riverside WY on the way to Saratoga.

PS, Cabela's is in Sydney, Nebraska, not Kearney. While just off the interstate, it's no 10 minute stop, ever.
