is it normal for a little bit of pressure coming out of the oil breather hose?

i noticed there was some air coming out of the oil tank breather hose, and if you put your finger over it, it will build up pressure and then release it when you take your finger off. It this normal?

revver, yes this is normal. The volume of air will increase with rpm/engine load.
The hose is a large diameter so air can flow freely, without building pressure or vacuum in the oil tank.
