Is Beckler Road near Skykomish open to ride?

On our way back from Blewett, we passed Beckler road and were curious if snowmobiling is allowed. We have been on most of the roads off Beckler during the summer (Jack Pass and the offshoots from there). It might be a good place to get out for a quick ride when you don't have the time to go over the pass to the east side.

I guess I can call the forest service but decided to check here first.
