Is anyone having trouble with broken drive chains with TSS kit?

Tensioner

I made a new one using a spring for turbo manifold tension, pretty strong tension when compressed I think it will work ,I let all the air out and the chain remains tight! Still need to cut a kerf for the spring to set into and use a longer bolt with two narrow nuts to adjust spring tension,, but you guys get the Idea! Why make it complicated?? if I had more time I was going to use a broken Polaris Ice scratcher mounted to the side plate and tension spring down?

I put mine on and gave it 4 hard days and the chain didnt loosen at all and went on nicely on my 15 Lt with a 13 kx450f minus trying to stuff the ts into my frame with those new bushings by myself. You guys got me all worried!!!! Although I barely felt the difference with the shock so If I had to re-do it I would leave that rod in there and blow money on something else!

Seriously I find it feels like a dirt bike and now I can stand and ride everywhere because of the reduced front ski pressure... If you take out to much air your ski will wash out in the powder .. That being said a few rides in and fine tuning I really have it feeling like a DIRTBIKE and it has really stepped up the fun for me... Also had made the rode riding out way more enjoyable..
