What do you think you have in to that sled? Because I want to build a similar sled but with a Union Bay 1150 in it instead!

Nice....I still love the triples....very overlooked in the steep and deep..Takes a very mean 800 twin with lots of $$$ into to even hang with a ported piped 800 Triple.

Lots! If you want a chassis that is well done with no details overlooked, plan on spending $12,000-15,000. There is lots of money and proably 300 hours into the sled as it sits. The wife is ready for me to have a stocker thats for sure.

Any walker Evans shocks
extra front spindals (going to cut mine down but i want a extra set to run if i mess them up)

New bearings that the spindles set in on the arms, and I would really like some black a-arms.

Ohh and the button that stalls the engine. I want it so i can say thats what it is and hook it up to my nitrous kit that is hidden under my seet.

airbox: Hacked apart and eventually turfed
walkers: (assuming you mean the fronts?) still using those, if it's the rears you want you can have 'em, but I'd rather sell you the whole skid
spindles, bearings and a-arms, still using those too but I'd gladly trade for rmk rigging
Button: I do have one but it'd hardly be worth the shipping

The engine is stock at 156 HP. Mine should make 180 ish as a conservative number + a 30 shot of nitrous, I should be sitting OK, just need to get it installed.

On the front end, you are better off buyying complete A-arms as the big spherical bearing is $190 a side from Polaris. It is much more cost effective to buy consumer style a-arms and spindles if you can't locate stockers that are in good condition.

No turbo's on sled for me. The wife strictly forbids turboing a sled, she did say I can big bore it up to 1000cc.


Sled should be up and moving this week.

Rode it last night, WOW!!!!! In the short time I rode it, the power is crisp and instant, the 2.5" paddle pretty much rocks its own kind of awesome. Can't wait to try it out on some decent snow this weekend.
