IQR Mountain Sled / How do they handle????

REV rider considering going to change sleds. How do thet compare with RMK, M8, XP in the steep, deep, and trails. Looking for some feed back. Also costs!!!!

IQr Mountain sled

I built one this year, and LOVE it!
Previously had an M7, and M8 153", rode hard and broke tunnels, bulkheads ect, and was looking at buying a dragon.
Last spring I ran into Shanon (Winter) and rode my first IQr sled, and then bought a used one for a mtn conversion.
Running a twin pipe 800 Decker mod, with a 150" camoplast extreme, 144" Ice age rails with rmk springs and a VE extension. Dragon front end and gripper skis.
I am still working on tuning the motor, but the chassis is perfect for me.
These sleds are tough, ride well, and feel much lighter than my previous M sleds (that I really liked).
Mine feels more like a dragon than any other sled to ride.
Probably 8-8.5k into it, with lots of tinkering.
I would absolutly recomend talking to Winter about one of his!!!!
They look amazing, and he pulled me with a 600 stocker!! They are set up right and ready to go.
I may end up going with a smallblock for next season. The motor is close to 20 pounds lighter, you can lose the front heat exchanger, and they run hard.

love mine, with a 144 2" track, it goes anywhere and more, than my friends xp154x, ive takin on pine trees 3-4" thick with the front end without a scratch and have hit hidden tree stumps, which threw me over the bars, and only had a slight dent in the a arm, in sure if i had an xp it would have ripped the whole front off of it,super light weight and bullet proof suspension, can jump anything, and will pull wheelies on any snow, condition, its by far the funnest mountain sled ive eber rode,im thinking on putin a turbo yami moter in it this summer to really turn up the wow fun factor.

better invest in a shoe horn

why would you want to ruin that chassis with a heavy 4 stroke motor anyway?

I love how mine handles. I still have the race shocks on the front. Holz A arms, spindles, rear suspension with a 144. Very light chassis. You can buy mine so I can build another one.:D
