Intuit QuickBooks, anyone deal with their customer support?

If you have a big enough organization that warrants going to the Enterprise edition, you'll be MUCH happier with the phone support.

^^^^^ what he said, and since most of us don't, you have to find other alternatives.
They've got a lock on a lot of us. It's a good system up to certain dollar range...but the tech support is by far the worst. I refuse to pay it..it being useless advice even if you can understand it.
There is a 4m of QB people that I'd hit a couple of times, got a couple of answers I needed.

I quit using all Intuit products 4 years ago. Maybe if a few more would join in they would get the hint, but people seem to have more money than time.
Yeah, I'm about there too. I just get pizzed off when they charge you to fix their software problems. Then they try to sell you the latest and greatest because the version you're using is a POS! Would rather pay an accountant I can understand by the hour and support local small business rather than someone answering the phone in some 3rd world country!
