Interstate 90 closed till 4 5 09

I 90 East is closed from Gillette Wyo. To Rapid City SD. until 4 5 09. Seems they dug up a 200,000 ton chunk of coal at the Black Thunder coal mine in Gillette. No one at the mine could figure out what to do with it, so someone came up with the idea to truck it to Rapid and carve a bust of Obama out of it and superglue it to Mt. Rushmore
