This is my first time snow checking an owning a brand new sled. Seen as the machine will be financed insurance will be required plus I try to carry it on any newer vehicle anyways. I was wondering what you guys pay for insurance each year/month and who your carrier is. I know that it will vary from state to state but i would just like to get a general idea and know what is considered normal price wise, so i don't get hosed and so i know what to expect.
Your input would be much appreciated Thanks!

Lots of variables in that question.
#1 do you own a house?
#2 how many things now do you own that you carry insureance on?
#3 bundleing is the cheapest way to insure.
To answer your question, for me to insure my 2012 skidoo for $13000 I pay $200 a year.

Thanks for your input. No i do not own a home. Currently have insurance on two vehicles 1 full 1 liability only, on combined policy with other people.

i'm paying $260 through state farm with the lowest deductable and $5000 of medical also. think it was just about $200 without the medical. i have my house, boat, quads, cars all insured through them.

I pay around 200 per year thru Allstate. Covers it for 10 grand, I have trucks, mh, house & my boat covered by them so the rate is pretty good. Make sure & get GAP insurance thru the bank. It is cheap & worth it IMO. Josh

Mine is thru State Farm, and its 240 a year. Bundled with my auto, but last year blown motor, covered, and my policy payment didn't go up. 6800 bucks. I'm covered up to 17,000.
