Ok, now comes the fun part.
I was pulling the drive shaft last night and ended up stripping one of the allen head set screws that holds the speedo bearing to the shaft. The hole is now larger than the 1/8" allen but I can't get anything else to bite in the hole (larger SAE, metric or Torx). Is it going to be better to get some sort of small eazy-out, or just drill it out? I have a new bearing to go back on it (2600 miles on the 1994 sled).
Also, the front skid mount in the tunnel has 5 holes. Only the 2nd from the top is currently drilled out for the stock 121" mount. With a longer track I was wondering about dropping the skid down a little bit but the rear mount has only the one hole. Any suggestions on how these have been set-up with the 133" track of the 2-up sleds?
