impulse vs powderlites at 14lbs

i have to disagree 100% the rb3 is working 1000% better then the old pure logic setup that i had on my nytro. Stalls out you say will mine does not!!!
I am running both boxes at the same time on one of my Nytro's and have been all year.;)

wingnut,

i suppose u could call it a stumble....it's so minor it's hardly worth mentioning...my sled has been rock solid....even when upside down in a creek , the sled fired up with no issue.

Beard, not sure why you keep mentioning the sled started after being upside down, that says nothing about the turbo kit itself, I roll my Impulse Nytro every time I ride, and it starts great, because it is fuel injected. Back to the original question, I have never come across a PL kit, but I do know of a lot of Impulse kits running around Alaska. I just cant imagine how a sled with a turbo mounted on the rear of the tunnel could even come close to the responsiveness of the short header and piping of the Impulse kit. As far as the Pure logic box, mine runs flawless, no stumble anywhere, can turn up the boost and add fuel any time I feel like it. I am not bashing the PL kit, like I said I have never seen one, but I ll take Irmens word for, he seems to know a thing two about turbo kits.

yo,

the water was quite deep, sled was submerged.....i was stoked it started is all.....wish i had a pic,

motley,

thnx for the test ride! your sled is so dialed! my fat skies r on, and handle bars are in the sweet spot now.....total transformation, our sleds are very different setups.....but equally dialed.....props to powderlites and impulse!!
