impulse t-nytro running like $hit!!!

Here is an update on my problems......i started the sled (sitting outside for 2 days) and it is -34celsius this morning. started fine but it was tough! went for a quick ride and no fuel on boost again this morning and prologger reading fine boost and purelogic box still not showing the green.......................blue light(for not sensing boost) and as soon as boost on, pl box showing only red light, no blue. so i took the sled in. after a few hours inside(heated garage at 10 celsius,
1-defenitly mosture in map sensor hose(the one that goes to the PL box), i could see it clearly.
2-unhooked the hose and blew in it and immediately blue light on, on pl box.
3- when i start the sled,green light is on but flashing every 4-5 second is it normal?
4- does anybody can send me via email(gino.fortin@gmail.com) a list of all light that would go on if trouble in the system? would realy appreciate.

so now i think pl box is bad and frozen map hose.
 
Start your sled put about 10psi of air with an air hose in the line going to the pl box and it should kill the sled if it does not kill the sled then you know what it is. Have you looked at your fuel presure gauge at all while under boost to se if the fuel presure goes up. It should go up a bunch like 40 or 50 psi above what it shows at idle. that at about 15 psi of boost.
 
the green light on my sled stays green while idleing . its starts as an orange green light when i start it then turns solid green and stays that way . mabey try taking youre box inside and putting it on a heat duct over night to really dry it out .

So my box isn't normal then??? when started it goes to green light than the green light is flashing every 4-5 second........anybody knows why?
 
Does anyone know what the green light flashing every 4-5 seconds means? We had troubles with an apex & a pure logic box flashing the green light. It also flashed the green blue at idle and kills the sled.
Any one had experience with attitude industries??

Sorry for poaching your tread, just having box probles too.

update on my problems!!

Working with Paul from Impulse on the no fuel problem(on boost), Paul sent me a new Pl box(free of charge) and a new header(no charge,existing one not cracked!!!)on "warranty" he said.......this man is so endorsing is work...can't believe it!

So installed pl box, gauge on the dash for fuel pressure regulator and blue light came on on boost, fpr went to 80 psi around..........and still no fu$king fuel dumped???
can a leak on any of the hoses cause that problem? that's the only thing i haven't realy carefully tested.....
 
Are you saying your base fuel pressure goes to 80 psi? That is way to high. You need to get your base fuel pressure down to 53 psi I think he sets it. Ask Paul to verify this.
 
so its not dumping fuel in on boost at all ? check youre sure tank pump and hoses make sure there in order . then make sure youre check valve to youre regulator is correct . also i had my regulator fall apart all the screws came loose :confused:
 
You are not going lean. You are going so rich that your gauge is reading lean. It happens. Dial your regulator in and your problems will go away.
This could be the problem. I am running 35 psi with Paul's regulator/injector setup. Is the box sensing boost? Does the blue light on the rh side come on when under boost. Where is the blue silicone hose from fuel box connected?
What are you using for a A/F guage?

i'm using a prologger as a/f, yes my box is sensing boost(blue light),sure tank pump cleaned to perfection,all hoses connected correctly. i know i have not too much fuel,the sled ran fine for an hour twice, then problem started the two times after sled sat for about 1/2 hour at the cabin........

can someone tell me how to dislocate the fuel regulator and what to check in it...........i'm about 99% it was freezing on the two run i did.........but now it is simply no working at all................runs fine until it is sensing boost no fuel coming and crazy lean.
 
Finaly, here is why all the no fuel on boost problem!!!!

i removed the fuel regulator and dissasembled it .... here it is!!! one gasket was cracked i.e.: no fuel pressure on boost!
