Well where to start... hmmm
Lets see, i have gone in numerous times to buy jets and other parts. Each time they have given me the wrong size, or not even the right jets for my type of carb. (these times i called in to have a buddy stop bye and pick them up) They never have parts in stock either, some of the basic stuff they dont have. Ex. clutch weights, springs, ect...
Chad your sales guy, is a dipchit. Each time i have gone in their to try and talk to him about a sled, or anythign for that matter, he is a cocky arrogant prick and treated me like i was a nobody and he didnt need the sale.
Also, I belong to the local sled club. We can get support from every dealer in the area, Ski-doo (being the best and must supportive) followed by arctic cat, yamaha except polaris sucks. They really dont do anything to help the club out. Even a simple membership to the club is like asking to much ( memberships is how we pay to groom our trail system)
I cld go on, but im sure you can tell that i wont ever be buying anything from them again. Will take my business elsewhere, wld rather pay more or pay shipping then give them business.
Also i will give another vote for Frontier Powersports in fergus falls for excellent dealership. Great service. Bought my pro from them when they were $900 cheaper then Action motorsports.
