If you dont pay a ticket in another state can they suspend your license?

They could actually issue a warrant for FTA. If you get pulled over or checked, it will show up in the system that you have a warrant out for arrest. Depending on the cop (in Colorado, they are all d*cks) you could get arrested and then you have to deal with extradition paperwork. It's a big PITA. Just take your lumps and pay the ticket.

Montana is the best, 91 in a 75, $40 bucks on the spot, was told that if it was only 85mph it would have been $25 bucks. The 91mph went on my record. The 85mph would not have.

Funny I'm actually in the same boat with a ticket in Minnesota (at HayDays on top of that). However I will pay my ticket but there is no way in H-E-double hockey sticks that I am going to show up for court, which is actually coming up now on Nov 6th. I am not going to spend 150+ dollars to drive down there and back for nothing, because I know I wont be getting anything extra out of it. So far I have spent 215$ for a days stay in Detox in St.Paul, $185 for my ticket, 54$ for the cab ride from St.Paul back to Forest Lake, and missed the freestyle show. I'm not going to pay anymore and according to my ticket I shouldn't HAVE to appear in court, so I WONT.
