If Obama wins but Hillery gets the nod?

W

wildcard

RIP Brian
I was just reading that even if Obama wins the dem primary, the superdelagates will give it to Hilley. If this happens I think many dems would be POed so much so they would switch sides or not vote. What do you think?
Whiteout blizzard outside right now so I have time on my hands.:face-icon-small-dis

Then the democrats, not that they have any to begin with, will have even LESS credibility than they already do after the 2000 election?

Liberals have a very short memory...I was argueing with my aunt yesterday. She loves Hillery and thinks that she will get universal health care without taxing us to death. I asked her why she and Bill had 8 years to do just that and failed? She had no answer but Hillery has a plan and will get it done.

Hillary is a big fan of socailism if anyone hasn't noticed yet. If she wins maybe ol'Bill will knock the dust off of Hilary's vagina? If she isn't the poster child of a woman who needs to be grunge fugged, I don't know who is.

Not sure this type of rhetoric advances the conservative cause. Kinda provides fuel the uneducated, redneck conservative argument.

When you have had 8 years in the Bush, it is all up hill from here.:beer;

Wildcard,
I don't often agree with your political views.....
But, you are dead right this time!

Although some are concerned this might be true. The fact of the matter is that Super Delegates risk their political futures by going against the grain and voting against the candidate that has won the majority of delegates.

Here in Minnesota we have senator Amy Klobuchar who is a Super Delegate for the Democratic party. She has yet to publicly support Obama even though he won our state's delegates by a 2:1 margin.

If she fails to support him despite the over-whelming numbers that show Minnesotans DO NOT want Hillary then she is putting her future as a senator in jeopardy next time she's up for re-election.

Bottom line is that we don't need to worry about the Super Delegates as much as the media would like us to.

Maybe it's just me since we had this Stephaie Herseth run for office here and she and Hilary remind me so much of each other. Herseth comes back to SD after so many years of being gone as an attorney. She's married to a senator or congressman fromTX. Evertime she would speak and actually met her once she reminded me of the fake washinton badges that tell you what you want to hear in the popular concensus or netral rather than against something. I think she came back to get an office and going for a political start. I don't really think that she has the best interest of the state in mind as much as her career in politics. Havn't seen her really do anything but she has messed up real bad like kill anyone like the former Gov (Janklow). But in the political arena if you always ride along and play safe how can you really screw up.

Granted she doesn't seem as much of a witch as HIlary does but by all means, Both are attorneys and both will tell you what you need to hear to further their cause, whatever that may be.

If Hillery was prez, this country would be laughed at/ mocked/ attacked beyond any thing you have ever seen before.....

Definitely not supporting a vote for the biotch. I was just pointing out that in fact we have become a country that IS laughed at/mocked because of our current idiot.

obama and hillary might split the dem.and replubician McCain might win...

It doesn't work like that. Only one of them Obama or Hillary will go on to the actual election against McCain. So those poll #s you see right now with like 25% for each party will be heavily favored for democrats to win.
Being realistic I do not think McCain has even a remote chance to win this election, and that only leaves Obama or Hillary.

The truly funny thing is. The democrats made the super deligates to stop this very thing from happening. They wanted to make sure that no candidate could hi-jack the nomination. Now it looks like Hilary may very well do that very thing.

The Dems decided to punish Florida for moving their primary up. They stripped Florida of it's deligates. Well guess what. Without those deligates Hiliray could loose, however, the super deligates could include florida and then hand the nomination to Hilary and do it with the blessing of the Dem. party.

This could get fun.

Laugh? No, tremble? yes. It's good to be the superpower when someone with nutz is at the wheel.
