I have Klim Togwotee bibs and they get huge chunks of snow and ice built up on bottom by my boots. Any waterproof sprays that anyone can recommend or other ideas?

Same bibs, same sled, same story. Heaters on the pro melts snow up on top and water runs down along the aluminum, cooling of and attaching to your bibs.

Make polaris use a centered heater like Doo..

Seriously tho, not sure what to do. Seems to happen more in certain conditions.

It's time to wash your bibs. The DWR on the bibs needs rejuvinated. Wash with a mild detergent and dry for 60 minutes on high. The outer material on the bibs is collecting moisture, freezing and allowing ice and snowballs to form. If the bibs have a lot of time on them, buy some Revivex or Nikwax and apply per instructions. Your bibs will be as good as new.
