Iceing question

Bought a used 06 800 Summit this year. On two out of three rides this year it was iceing up and throttle sticking when riding in deep dry powder & cold temps. Seems to be the same or worse with the carb heat on. What gives?

My 05 REV only iced 1 or 2 times in 2000 miles and the carb heat knocked it right out. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

with the heater on, you should not have this problem unless you have a serious h2o contamination problem.
isopropal alcohol in your next tank of fuel will help clean up the water contamination problem.

Ya I meant to run some iso heet last ride, but I was out and forgot to pick some up at the gas station. I'm headed out right now to look over the connections to make sure everything is hooked up and working properly.

My 02 never has iced up. However my buddys 06 800 iced up and full throttled launched over a cliff!!!! Totaled. My wifes 06 800 iced up the next day, turned the carb heat on and so far so good. Dino
