ice scratchers on '92 Indy 500 SKS

Bought a set of Stacool ice scratchers for a 92' 500 SKS. It doesn't look to me like mounting them on the rail is a good fit. Just lookin and dry fitting it looks like they could be mounted to the ski's pretty easily. Can anyone tell me if it is okay to mount them to the skis? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not familiar with the StaCool scratchers. I would think with the running board coolers that scratchers on the skis should work pretty well. I built these for mine. This is on a Sidehiller II ski, but with some ingenuity, it could be altered to fit whatever you need.
