Ibexx Polaris throttle block

Has anyone had experience with using the Ibexx throttle block replacement for the pre 25 Poo's? All the threads I find talk about TKI and RSI, but I don't necessarily need a CNC or Billet one. I just want one that doesn't freeze up.
