Is Anyone Making an Aluminum Throttle Block For 2025+ Matryx?

….or could I just buy an aftermarket 2024 and previous throttle block and drill it larger? Is it just the diameter that’s larger on the new cable or is the spacing from the shoulder to the circlip different? I’m kind of bummed I left my Kyber One billet throttle block on my 9R when I sold it….lol. Here’s my 2025 throttle block at the end of my very first day on the machine. Is this happening a lot or am I the one off?

This TKI block seems like a nice piece. Also, it’s pretty creative how they omit the circlip by sandwiching the cable end between the two throttle block halves. Unless this isn’t how it goes and I’ve installed it wrong lol. Should be a lot stronger than the stock garbage at least. Thanks Polaris for solving a problem we’ve been asking for for years with a new set of problems lol. At least the aftermarket isn’t going broke any time soon….

Doo grips on a Polaris😂

Ha ha yeah that’s pretty wild eh? Some people run a Doo track on the Polaris too, that’s even more radical…lol. Those Skidoo “Deep Snow” SDG grips are better than any aftermarket grips I have tried. They do wear out pretty quick though.
I've been running them for a few years now. I love em.

Do the ski doo grips fit right on the stock pro tapers on the polaris' sleds?

Something cut the wire for my hi-handwarmers right at the grip on the throttle side of my khaos, with not enough to solder to repair. I'll need to replace the element and the grip.

They are designed for SDG handlebars (small diameter grips), but they are fairly soft compound so they would probably stretch.

Put them in hot water for a few minutes. Loosens them up and makes it much easier to slide on.

Thanks for the tip! Do you run them on the stock bars or on aftermarket??
Both. I bought the smaller bars for my kids' sleds and I run normal CFR 7/8 bars on my sleds. Same grips.

The smaller diameter bars are a gamechanger in some regards.....not to be used on my bogbore sleds tho, what too much vibration gets transferred to the hands. Hence why I put the CFR's back on.

Awesome! Thanks for the info man!

I have a buddy with cfr bars and another with the kyber setup. Both are wicked 👌

My wife and I have tried a few different CFR set-ups over the years and I think their quality and service is excellent 👍

I've run them since they came out. My gripe is that in 10-12 years the prices have jumped as much as they have, but that's it. I run them on just about everything. I'm also partial to their handlebar bags.

That’s what I put on my doo when I replaced them as well. Might have to try them now on the Polaris
