I watched this show on a flight home from CA - I was amazed at the stupidity. I guess anyone can get their own TV show these days. Get a freakin life people.
I tried to watch but was so bored at watching a bunch of boneheads doing illeagal activities in the middle of nowhere I had to change the channel. I wonder if those whale dck suckers think about all the polution there spewing into the sky trying to stop legal whaling.
If they want to save some fish try stopping the f***ing Indians from netting all fish in the rivers. Now theres a waste of fish.

I've wondered if anyone else watched this and had the same ideas I did.
The dumb @#$#s go and jump on the whaling ship and then accuse the japs of kidnapping saying that they wanted off the ship. Hope they get hit with all the piracy regs in the book!
Like someone said, it's entertaining but not for the reasons that they want it to be. The whalers should have an anti-sea shepherd boat that fouls their prop and throws soap and shampoo all over their boat. That would piss the greenies off.

I started watching for a few minutes yesterday just because of the curiousity generated by this thread. About 2 hours later I finally turned it off. I just kept waiting for the tree huggers to fail. (It happened far more often than not too).
I can't believe they glamourize the destruction of property and illegal activities of these groups! I think the biggest coward of them all was the moronic captain who wouldn't actually give the order to do some of the more criminal acts, but he sure pressured them to do it on their own!

Seriously, though, I've watched the show a few times, and the thing that stuck out the most to me is how inexperienced they are as seaman. Just one sea-going clusterf*ck after another. When half the crew left due to the captain's tyrannical rule, the Captain's response was "Hey, I've replaced the whole crew before. We'll just get some more guys." Most of the new guys had zero experience on a ship. Yeah, THAT sounds like a good idea...
First time I ever saw the show, the Captain said, (and I quote) "Greenpeace doesn't care about whales. We need to be more radical than them". Right then I thought, "Ok, I gotta watch these nut jobs."

i honestly can stand watching it, it does nothing but interfear with legal operations, waste more fuel and endanger people. i see people who think its a good idea and just dont get what happens, or doesnt in there mind. I personally love watching that show. Every time the greenies have a disaster I laugh my a$$ off. I can't wait to see that a$$wipe captan re-enact the Titanic. Did anybody else notice the t-shirts they were wearing when they were getting their stupid boat fixed? They were making claim to actually sinking a few whaling ships. Is that true? You'd think the Japanese would have an issue with that.
