I want a stereo

Bnorth you seem to have a problem with my wanting a stereo on my sled. You impiled I'm retarded I your first post, now your insulting people from Houston and myself again. Whats the problem? Have I somehow pissed in your cornflakes?

Sure, initially I thought you were joking cause I actually kinda like you and you seem to bring a fair bit of common sense to the table.

I've seen some of these guys putting big stereos on their sleds and pounding tunes all day and am having a tough time thinking of something more obnoxious. Naturally guys that can't ride but have a turbo and insist on doing throttle burps all the way up the trail will want a big stereo too. All it does is further reinforce our image as rich, adrenaline hungry dicks with no respect for the environment to the general public. These are the kind of riders that are using too many S&R resources and hurting our chances of keeping areas open or getting some areas back open.

You don't seem to fit the above group, then you state that you only want tunes for when you're parked and I think Ok that's more like it, can actually listen at a reasonable level and not disturb everyone else in the area.

The last one is a dig at Houston, but innocently. I grew up just east of PG and had many weekends with vitamin P and AC/DC. I like being able to poke fun at stereotypes I fit into and that would be one of them. Since you don't know me you obviously couldn't have picked up on that.

If you want some music while stopped check out one of these.

Rig a sub up on the tunnel! Could fit a 12" and a box! Would also need to pack around a battery to power it but who cares about sled weight anyways
Hell yeah, it could be marketed as a snow removal tool on the tunnel, got **** sticking???? crank up the sub and watch it all fall off. Just think of all the weight you would get back from hauling a battery and sub box around. I better patent this before Ski-Doo does.

Thanks for clearing that up. I've never heard the term green diesel before but now I get it, so hell ya I actually do enjoy green diesel and AC/DC. Sitting in the sun on top of the world with good friends and a few cold ones someone always does say "I wonder what the poor people are doing today" Not meaning financially (altho god knows I spend a ton of money on sleds) but your poorer for not being here and never seeing what I have seen.
