To the reader!

It's no joke, unless buried intentionally you push it over on it's side spin towards the direction you want to go pick up and go.:)

hey mule!

is that an rmk in that pic? did you lay it on its side and drive out or did a hawker come up and help mini shovel you out? just trying to pick a fight like the bike guys, hahaha just kidding. let the western hawkers show you how they run in the steep and deep...your gonna need one after you see what they can do!

Buffalo: Yeah, '06 RMK 900 151".

Mashed down the snow in front of it, cut the tree out of the way, and off I went :)

No shovels necessary :D

the pic. condition I live for on a Hawk! the others are just practice. only time i can remember using a shovel on a Hawk stuck in tree well other than than lay it over , pull it out, stand it up and pin it.

Come to Hawkfest and i ( or someone else ) will let your ride a hawk. I carry a shovel in my pack but have yet to use it to dig out my hawk. I have the shovel for survival purpose. When stuck on a hill I do not need help to get out, I have only been stuck on flat ground once, I still don't know how I did it but it happened, I was able to get going again by laying it on its side and spinning it 90 degrees standing it back up and ride away. I could never have gotten out of that situation by myself on a twoski.

As has been said before the hawk is not for everyone, it takes everyone some time to get the hang of it. I had one guy make it 50 feet fall over, stand it back up and was rippin it like he had been on it for a week. I had another guy make it 20 feet and flopped and would not even get back on to bring it back to me, I had to trudge through waist deep snow to retrieve it. Both were talented standup jetski riders. You just never know until you throw a leg over one and take it for a rip.
