"Since so many PM's asking how much, here's the break down

Not selling just helping all those getting taken advantage of...by not knowing how it all works
and I won't play my sled runs better than yours and not tell what I did!!

I setup about 50+ sleds last year for friends and doing same setup this year...still working great!!!
after comparing mine to theirs (quick test ride) they say do it!!!
did a rpm test mine against 2 other stock 09's @5000rpm 5mph faster @6000 rpm 10mph faster and @7000 rpm 7 mph faster wot walked away
also lower belt heat

With this I would say the stock clutching is way off......in left field...It does work better that the 08's but still there is much more to be had...Now in order for this to work (this all works together) you have to do everything....This is my setup I like and I'm very picky on clutching and this all works together great with a nice engagement at about 3500, smooth solid pull, great belt life and great back shift

44/40 either stock ski doo or goodwins for 146 and 154 sleds and on the 163 a 44/38(140.00 thru goodwin I think a little more from ski doo)

go back to a ski doo 413 or 415 ramp (30.00 each/ 90.00 set)
hollow pin with a 32mm length weight or two 16mm (cheap local hardware store/6mm set screw)

Now get this I went thru one belt in 1200 miles
I did align clutches using a ski doo alignment bar that is for the 06 sleds....just have a belt on and setup...Shim'd jackshaft using a polaris and arc)tic cat shim...(did buy that expensive kit people are try to sell)

Now get the kicker....you won't believe this...I have all the gains above stock faster mid-range(great for boondockin) and high top speed than other 09's....but wait ............I also geared down to a 20 top gear.........

We are also trying the 383 belts and so far so good, I feel the slipping of the harder compound belt generates more heat and the softer belt will grab better thus less slippage and lower heat"

Try this setup and you won't be disappointed!!!!!
