What I would do in this situation is sleep with as many of her friends as possible, then make small-talk with her friends about what a slut she was when she was dating your friend. This way, lots of gossip will happen, her social life will be ruined, your friend will hate her because he'll think she's a whore, and you've already made off with all her friends' pussies .... and now you have a golden opportunity to play the night in shining armor and make off with hers too!

Had two buddies, one was dating a chick, she started fooling around with second bud. First guy was pissed when he found out, even left town for awhile. Then 2nd guy got wise and dropped her and now they are best buds and laugh about it. Truth be told we're not sure why either one was with her, she was beyond crazy beotch. Best we can figure is at one point she took her mouth off and started talking...or she liked the back door action. Not sure which.
Straight out tell him. If he's a good bud he will be ok with it. Might take him a week and a free bottle of Crown, but if he's a true friend he will be glad your happy. Course if you break it off after a month he may change his tune.

ditto that, I lost a good friend because I picked my wife instead. Sometimes you gotta do what's best for you and if your bud doesn't get it then it was time to drop him.(in my case settling down was a far better choice then the life I would have if I had put bros first). Plus I'm pretty sure no bro is gonna do what a chick will do for ya
