Good luck communicating with them. even when they speak english, they just think differently than we do. You'll know what I mean...

I know what you mean. I've done the teleconference thing, walking them through how to get things online.
The IT/tech guy there doesn't speak english.
I don't speak chinese.
The one guy that does speak both english and chinese speaks better chinese than he does english, but he's not a tech guy.
I say "Right-click the `USB to serial UART' in device manager", and they'll end up in the firefox help menu.
