I have a new Dakine Baker pack and now I am need of a 100oz bladder for it.

Get the insulated bladder and the insulated tube. I also cover the tube insulation with 1" tubular webbing, just to add another layer. And blow water from the tube back into the bladder after each drink, keeps the tube and bite valve from freezing.
that is the biggest issue, the tube and bite valve freezing. I gave up years ago.
I like the Klim bladder... quick disconnect from the hose which can stay in the pack and easy to clean.

yes it does, if you remeber to do it after every drink. I usually forgot.
