Hwy 4 - Eastside Access

I heard from BV snowmobile rentals that Caltrans will start plowing from the west sno-park at Bear Valley on 4/10. Does anyone know if Caltrans also start plowing from the NV side on the same day? If not what is the parking like on the eastside? Can you still unload and ride up the hwy to Highlands Lakes?

went up there a few weeks ago, they were already plowing on the eastside. Had to drive up past the gate a ways (2 miles maybe) the parking lot was bone dry. Up top was fine, its nice riding with people who have keys to the gate there!!!
