HPS on a SDI 600, can this be modified

I just purchased this sled for my wife and upon picking it up the previous owner was running an HPS can without the O2? sensor plugged in. My question is where on this can do you mount the fitting or can you mount one on this can? Sled is an 06 600 summit.

The HPS on my 07 600 SDI has the probe in the top.
It's not an o2 sensor, it detects high heat in the exhaust.
