if one is willing to mix or run straight race gas how much improvement would be seen by running the high comp head at low elevation?

I ride in iowa 10% of the time and wyoming 90%. I am willing to run race gas here in iowa, and I have it readily available. With the 13.6:1 head, would I just be able to throw weight at the clutch here in iowa and be ok or would I need to make other changes? I understand, that at 8k-10k elevation I just need to add two grams to stock recommendations with the PA 13.6:1 head.
