Well personally I prefer not sliding down a hill that's covered in a solid sheet of glare ice and besides chains, I've never found anything that grips in ice better than studs on aggressive winter TRUCK tires.

Not all of us have Onstar or a buddy who will come rescue us because our rigs aren't prepared for winter driving.

If I ride in the Chevy and we need to hit the OnStar button, it will just ring me.... then what do we do? You need a man's truck which means you have tires bigger than 33 inches on it. Something you can fit on that grandpa truck.
