how young did you start your kids?

My kids were all riding electric quads before they could walk. They learn how to push that button pretty fast:) They would ride with us double by the time they were 2, not very far, they'd rather play in the snow than ride in it at that age! Bought my grandson his first sled last year at 6, he too has been riding since before he could walk. He's not quite ready to ride it alone but he gets mad fast if you don't let him steer almost the whole time...

My daughters all started on 50 cc atv's and 120 sleds by the age of 4. It gets quite interesting with 4 y/o twins and an 11 y/o all running circles around the farm at the same time.:face-icon-small-sho

I started my son out at 3 years old. He just had to go "beeling" with his dad. Never very far, but I remember one ride he fell asleep hanging onto the bars in front of me, and I remember having to hold on to him with one hand and, steering with the other.

Now he is 16, rides a rmk pro, and can out ride me in any given day.....lol

Started mine at 3 riding with me. My oldest son just turned 6 and I bought him a SnoScoot to start riding on his own this season.

First ride for the girls 2 years old and 4 years old. Didn't last long. But it was a first ride. This year we will be doing it with the new 18 month old and the now 3 year old and 5 year old. But I bought one of these

Both daughter and son at 3 years old. Son started on his own at age 10 on Powder Special 500. Now at 13 he is starting to get a handle on 12 Proclimb 800. This is on the M.

I bought my son his first sled when he was six. a 340 puma. He is 20 now and rides with the best of us. of course he no longer rides the Puma :face-icon-small-coo

I started both my son and daughter at 4 on there own they both started on a 340 enticer. I long tracked it after a couple years. My son went to a long track phazer at 7 then to an m6 last year at 9. The enticer I put an extra 10 suspension out of a ultra and built a tunnel extension. I also carved the stock seat foam and had it recovered.

Mine started when she was 2 or 3. I got really good at riding with one hand :) She got into a Kitty Kat at 3 or 4. Then went to a phazer and now rides a new phazer for the last few years. She'll be 16 this winter and has gotten to be a pretty good sledder in spite of our limited winters here in MN.

As soon as they could hold their head up, they began to ride sit between my legs and ride around the yard.

Started riding the 120 at age 2 or 3.

This is myself circa 1990, I think the kitty cat came the following year. I don't ever remember a time when I wasn't riding around with my Dad.

My oldest daughter rode double with me from west to old faithful and back while my Dad pulled a ski boose with my wife (ex wife now) and middle daughter. Oldest was 3 and middle one a year.
