No we saw those guys, didn't get to the mountain till about noon, long weekend of drinking!!!!!! Went back and picked our way through the gap lakes back to marie, we need less hot weather and a couple good storms. Supposed to snow Friday, so it's gotta be coming! I'm doing a snow dance as we speak. Thinking about putting my sled away for the season, that usually makes it snow!!!!

Out here where I work theirs an old Indian I was talking to.....He said if you sacrafice a badger @ midnight under the full moon with your bear hands The SNOW GODS will be pleased.....
So Iam on the hunt for a Badger...Question is who wants to sacrafice it with their bare hands?
I mean think about it..... The chances are just as good as putting Sand Paper to a BobCats A$$ and getting away with it.

Dan keep the reports coming. Since the snow is scarce I imagine your getting your liver into shape out there. I was wondering if I can get a hold of you on the same number? If not, call me. Was rough to find, but we found some good snow at snowy range. Up by where you first pass the bill hill by lake marie off to the right it was awesome....
Everywhere else was mostly nada.
But then we would find some good hidden area's.

We did this summer for the 4th of July. I was going to bring it out when we first came out, but the weather was not up to par. Weather since has been perfect out here, from what I can tell much better than back there. Hoping to bring it out the first week of Dec---that'll make it snow out here!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, what Cessna do you have, a 182 is about minnimum out here in the summer. DA was around 10200 in July when we flew home. Dan
2002 172SP. I've been all over Colorado and Montana, I guess I skirted North East Wyoming heading back to CB from Havre MT. She runs like a raped ape in the winter, just wondering whats the winds are like over the pass coming into Laramie. Is the hanger space at the airport?
Oh yea,the SP--no problem,nice plane by the way. As far as the winds go, you just have to pick your day. I talked to Andy at Cowboy Aviation, there is some space in the big hanger. Drove by yesterday and looked to be an F-16 sitting on the ramp, sure would've liked to taxi up next to him!
Anyone know how snow conditions are in Alpine area? Looking at driving home for holiday weekend and sure would like to put some miles on new motor.
