How to replace a snow scout track

Never looked at it yet but wonder if any one has directions or can explain the easiest was to get old track off and new track on

Skid and motor comes out as a single unit then you can begin to swap out track.

I've done it without pulling the engine but not sure it was any easier.

How do you get the driver out ? I have the skid out now

The brake side has to come off which if I remember correctly allowed the drive shaft to slide over. I don't remember if there is a keeper on the secondary side or not. Too many years ago now.
