How to remove a skunk?

Well since this came back up....... The skunk did come back and my cousin and I handled the situation as we saw fit. All I can say is that some new technology (read accessory) was available to us when it came back that we did not have before which made night time extraction possible without waking the neighbors.

I would love to tell you more but since he is military it's classified so you will have to get the e-mail from Hilary.

Any good ideas on how to remove a skunk in an area that you can't just shoot it? Grandparents have one at the their place which is not a place a person can just pull out a gun and shoot it. Their dog got sprayed with it yesterday so now it's a problem I have to deal with.

Do any of the chemicals you can put out work to make them leave? I'm going to head up tonight to see where it is at on the property.

I have had them living under a couple of sheds over the years. Best way to get rid of them is to get a bucket of rocks and go out every morning and stand 30 feet or so from it and throw rocks at the building. Down low preferably. Do this at least 3 times a day and the skunks will find a quieter neighborhood. Shouldn't take more than a week.

Get some bobcat urin that trappers use, squirt a couple times around where they are dwelling they usually leave in short order!!! They don't seem to like predictors hanging around

Well the bobcat you might, but a cougar will usually buy you one! But I see you must of been in the Navy and only made demand huh!
