How to avoid arm and leg cramping toward the end of the day? Is there anyway?

Just work out at the gym. Do some exercises that relate to sledding like squats, bench press, army press, push ups, neck rolls, E.T.C.


There are some better ones that i do to help my arms and wrists but i forgot what they are called and i haven't been working out because i just got my tonsils removed. I will get back to you guys with them if I remember.

One probably I worked out last year is hat I was holding my breath when doing something intense like a really hard climb, big jump, tight fit between trees. Its amazing how much remembering to breathe helps! :face-icon-small-dis
 
I just Googled "Pickle Juice for Cramping" Some pretty interesting results. Check it out....whoda thunk it!:rolleyes:
also, it's good for a hangover, for many of the same reasons!!!!!!!!!!!!!! try it, worked great for me
