how to adjust throttle lever

the throttle lever is a little loose. When the sled is cold, you have to keep your hand on the throttle or it will die. You can even rest a glove on it and that will work.

Seems to me that if I tighten the throttle cable, it will make it worse. It is almost like the throttle safety switch is what needs adjusting.

Any ideas before I go tighten the throttle cable.

Usually adjusting cable does it. About a credit card width is what I have used to take up that slop in the switch ( there are two in the throttle block assy ) !!!
