How should I think when I set the clutch on my BD?

Wondering if anyone has good suggestions on what to run in the clutch?

Polaris Assault rmk -11
BD kit -11
4-6 psi
100LL
19/43 peak 2.5
500 - 1500 f
Mds turbo weights 74grams, and somewhere around 160-310 spring

42-48 side of helix w/ black orange should get you close.

42-48 helix with 180/280 spring i secondary
Polaris oem 11 series 72gr with stock spring, if you are getting to much rpm just switch to almon/red (165/310) spring..

74gram sounds like a lot for 6 pounds???

I'm running a team orange spring in the primary, a 165-310 secondary with stock gearing and stock track on a 2012 Silber kit and running 80g of weight at 8200-8300rpm on 5psi. I know its not the same turbo, but I am at 1200ft which is in the range for his application.

I have silber turbo, 1000ft, pump gas, 6PSI and running 76.4g MDS. RPM peak 8500 and hold 8250 all day long

You don't want to peak around 8500 cuz when you unload the track or don't have enough traction it will hit det. And if it isn't hitting det its hard on the internal parts of the engine and the engine is out of the peak HP range at around 8000-8250.
