How often do you polish your helmet?

I have been polishing my helmet for 20 plus yrs. sh** if you cant set a decent example how can you expect anyone else to do a decent job.

i used to all time, i was able to polish my helmet while it was still on my head...........i'm not allowed to go to bowling alley anymore cause i broke the ball polishing machine.

I have been polishing my helmet before every ride for the last 2 years. What I have found is that you you get a lot less wind resistance. Which is good for about 1-2 mph on the flats. So I would think that by giving your helmet a good polish you would gain about 10-12 HP on any given sled!
