ohh boy......

I do like to give my helmet a good wax, really helps it glide smoothly when the riding gets rough. Nothing worse then having it catch on stuff when you are trying to throw down a line.

I have been polishing my helmet before every ride for the last 2 years. What I have found is that you you get a lot less wind resistance. Which is good for about 1-2 mph on the flats. So I would think that by giving your helmet a good polish you would gain about 10-12 HP on any given sled!
